The location is gorgeous and the architecture of the aparthotel is beautiful, and different from all the other hotels we could see in Palmanova. Ponent Mar looks like a jewel on a rock. The breakfast was AWESOME - lots of choice (if I think only about the eggs choice: cold boiled egg; hot boiled egg; spanish omelette; french omelette; on-demand omelette with your ingredients of choice; scrambled eggs; fried eggs). I can highly recommend this breakfast - really, really good value for money. The studio we had was well equipped, the kitchenette was useful during some evening when we decided to eat in our room. Also, it was handy to have the kettle to brew our own teas. We had a pool view, and after the pool we could see the sea, including the sunrise - wonderful. The hotel has a mini-market in the basement for the essentials, and there's a huge Mercadona supermarket 3 minutes by car (or 10 on foot) where you can buy whatever food you want. Plenty of choice and good prices. At floor nine you have an incredible 360 degrees view over Palmanova bay and the sea. And at each floor there are public areas with sunbeds where you can chill during the day, with a great view. Also, the fact that the hotel was organizing various activities during the day and the evening gave a feeling of liveliness. We didn't stay at the concerts, but it was nice to hear them when coming back in the evening or walking around the complex. Everyone in the hotel was very nice and helpful, and polite - at the reception, the room service, the breakfast and bar staff. Also, I recommend talking a massage. Frank the masseur was a very nice person. And the Spa facilities were quite nice as well - sauna, hammam, water massage, heated chairs etc (all included).

Breakfast and dinner were delicious, varied, and surprisingly affordable. We were truly impressed by the high quality for such a reasonable price. Many reviews mentioned poor soundproofing, but that was not our experience at all. We had neighbors on both sides and didn’t hear a thing. For us, the sound insulation was excellent. The location of the hotel is very convenient — everything you need is close by, and the beach is just a short walk away. It’s a perfect spot both for an active vacation and a peaceful family getaway. Since these are apartments, the room had brand new dishes, a kettle, and a modern refrigerator — everything you need for a cozy, home-like stay. The hotel is quiet and peaceful — a real gem for families with children. And the view from our room was simply breathtaking. We had a sea view, and we enjoyed it every single day. The spa area for children with warm pools was a delight. The kids loved it — and so did we. We highly recommend this place!

Beautiful place right off the Mediterranean coast line.. when we arrived we were able to exchange our $$s for € at reception. watched the most amazing sunrise on the huge balcony of our room.. this place is a hidden gem worth every penny.. meals were decent, breakfast was included in the pkge. Dinner is served daily in the restaurant of the hotel. Hotel offers Spa/massage and yoga classes. There is also a gym I didn’t have time to use. The room had a full kitchen and dining area. Staff were friendly, housekeeping was amazing. Everyday that we went down to breakfast and came back the room would be miraculously clean, beds made trash emptied and fresh towels. I appreciate service like this and will highly recommend to all. This is a Classy 5 star hotel as far as I’m concerned.

Absolutely amazing views and location. 5 minutes walk to restaurants and beach. The hotel had lovely pools and great activities. Supermarket, bars and buffet breakfast and dinner on half board made this a really enjoyable trip. The food was excellent with an immense choice, four types of eggs, every type of bread, cereals, salads and fresh juices for breakfast and different themes of dinner. We tried archery, shooting and a craft activity for the kids which they loved. The rooms were spacious and our balcony in the superior room has a stunning view. Kids were also allowed in the space and loved being in the hot plunge and cold plunge.
